1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of InterviewUp’s website, interview-practice tools, career-preparation features, and related services (together, the Services). By using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Accounts and access
Some features may require an account. Keep your sign-in details confidential, provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account where it results from your failure to protect your credentials. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the Services, or applicable rights.
- Use an account only in your own name or with the permission of the account holder.
- Do not share account credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Keep profile, contact, and billing information current when those features are available.
3. Acceptable use
Use InterviewUp lawfully and in a way that respects other people. Do not interfere with the Services, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the platform to harm, deceive, or harass anyone.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
- Do not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services except where applicable law permits it.
- Do not use automated methods to access the Services unless we have expressly made that access available.
- Do not present generated feedback or practice results as a verified employment decision or professional credential.
4. Your content and feedback
You may submit information such as a resume, a role description, interview answers, or feedback. You retain the rights you have in that material. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the features you choose to use, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. You are responsible for ensuring that the material you submit is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the purpose you intend.
5. AI-assisted features
InterviewUp may use automated and AI-assisted systems to generate practice questions, summaries, suggestions, and feedback. These outputs are designed to support preparation; they are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation.
Review outputs using your own judgment before relying on them. InterviewUp does not provide legal, financial, medical, immigration, or employment-placement advice through these features.
Use human judgment
AI-assisted feedback is a preparation aid, not a promise of an interview outcome or a substitute for professional advice.
6. Plans and payments
If you choose a paid plan, the price, included features, billing interval, and any applicable taxes will be shown before you complete the purchase. Additional plan-specific terms presented at checkout form part of your agreement for that purchase.
You can manage or cancel a recurring plan through the method provided with the plan. Cancellation affects future renewals and does not automatically undo access already provided for the current paid period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Services useful and available, but features may change, be updated, or be unavailable from time to time. We may make reasonable changes to protect security, comply with law, improve performance, or evolve the product.
We may update these terms when the Services or legal requirements change. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Services or another appropriate method before it takes effect when required.
8. Questions about these terms
If you have a question about these terms, contact us with enough context for us to understand the issue. We will review your message and direct it to the appropriate team.
