INTERVIEW PROCESS
The number and order of rounds can vary by team, level, and location. Use this as a preparation map, not a guarantee.
How to prepare: The main elimination round, run on platforms like CoCubes or AMCAT. Covers quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, a pseudocode section (reading code-like blocks and answering MCQs about output or errors), and a 30-minute essay of 300-400 words on a technology or general-interest topic.
How to prepare: A dedicated coding assessment for candidates aiming for the higher Senior Analyst package. Candidates who clear the aptitude and technical interview without this round are typically placed on the base Analyst track instead.
How to prepare: Assesses OOP, DBMS, and DSA fundamentals, along with a detailed discussion of academic projects, interests, and familiarity with current technologies.
How to prepare: The final and generally easiest round, covering educational background, career goals, relocation and shift flexibility, the service bond, and overall cultural fit.
